Looking for A Rock Star to join our Management Team

MacKenzie River Pizza Co in Belgrade has opening for Assist Manager to join our Rock Star Management Team. Work Hard – Play Hard? That’s what we do! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Promote and provide Excellent Customer Service

Provide direction and leadership for day-to-day operations, monitoring performance and setting standards of excellence. Effectively communicate the tasks of the day for each staff member ensuring a smooth service including helping to execute creation of menu items and serving to customers.

Ongoing training and development of boh/foh staff – lead by example – serving as a role model by showing honesty, integrity, and appropriate behaviors at all times

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment

Ensure compliance with all state and federal liquor laws

Cash handling/food/labor control and management

Maintain Food Safety Standards

Assist General Manager and Lead Management and Ownership in sound financial and business decision-making

Job Details
Varied schedule – nights/weekends availability and attendance at end of month inventory. Generally, 5 days per week work schedule. May have open and or closing shifts. Must be able to work flexible hours

Compensation:

Starting Salary Negotiable and DOE – From $46500. Must have 1 year management experience.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of restaurant industry with a focus on customer service, food quality and production, sanitation, product costs and profit management.

Knowledge of Human Resource Documentation and Labor Laws
Serve Safe Manager Certification and Alcohol Certification

Ability to work up to 10 hours shifts with extensive walking, standing, and lifting 30-50 pounds

Strong beverage knowledge of beer and wine

Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills

Commitment to the job, your staff and the MRP culture

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

Ability to calmly handle fast paced rushes and 20+ staff in positive, motivated fashion

Must enjoy the hospitality industry and have a passion for excellence

Experience with computers, including word, excel, outlook and Aloha, be organized and ability to handle deadlines

Ability to meet and exceed goals
