IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD:

• Assist the Store Manager with all tasks necessary for an efficient operation
• Assist in training and motivating store personnel, striving for an enjoyable workplace
• Assist the Store Manager in creating an exciting shopping environment
• Serve as a positive role model to employees
• Perform work activities in conformance to the Goodwill Values Statement, which includes the values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Stewardship, Learning, Teamwork, and Entrepreneurial Spirit

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Two (2) years of experience working with the public is preferred
• Supervisory experience
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements is required
