Primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice, including:
- Opening and closing
- Patient scheduling
- Patient/client relations
- Quality assurance
- Optical sales
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly-organized
- Extremely dependable
- Experienced in optical practice operations
- Experienced in optical sales
You will work closely with the manager to ensure smooth practice processes, select eyewear, troubleshoot patient/client issues, and fit lenses.
Highly-desirable soft skills include:
- A passion for eyewear
- Get-it-done attitude
- High-level of personal integrity
- Familiarity with optical/eyewear/fashion trends
- Ability to think and act quickly on your feet and identify emerging issues before they become "issues"
- Positive outlook
- Strong work ethic.
