Assistant Labor Forman Trainee
We are currently looking for motivated individuals for our assistant labor foreman trainee positions.
Applicants need to:
· Be confident in their ability to lead a small group to accomplish specified tasks.
· Have a valid drivers license in good standing
· Have a desire to excel and advance their career
· Have the desire to work outdoors in all climates
· Have good communication skills
· Have the ability to understand basic mechanical processes
· Have the desire to set and achieve goals daily
· Be able to pass a background check with no felonies during the last 7 years
· Be able to work out of town for weeks at a time when the need arises
Successful applicants will receive on the job training working with railroad track, railroad track materials, related processes and equipment.

No prior experience in the railroad industry is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24,168.44 - $151,714.31 per year
