Assistant General Manager
Seeking an Assistant General Manager for a growing fast-paced coffeehouse. Must be a passionate leader that enjoys supporting their team, driving excellent service to our guests, and generates a sales culture and environment that enables continuous growth of the business.

Responsibilities Include:
- Shift Management
- Managing Sales
- Training
- Inventory / Ordering
- Scheduling
- General Operations to support the Owner/General Manager
Requirements:
- Must be available for weekend and evening and/or early morning shifts.
- Must be available a minimum of 35-45 hours per week.
- Food service experience required.
- Management experience required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Standing for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

10% Store Repair, Atmosphere and Maintenance
