Marcos Pizza is looking for a full-time Assistant store manager at our location in The Colony with potential to advance as General Manager. We are the 5th largest pizza chain in the world, and growing fast.

About The Job:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will manage crew schedules for maximum efficiency, stay on top of all paperwork including inventory and ordering, food costs. Knowledge of restaurant management is a plus, and a record of success building a community business through Local Store Marketing as well as traditional methods of marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the GM to provide the direction of crew
• Training and expertise in store
• Ensure that customer's expectations are exceeded, employees are treated fairly and with respect, and that each shift achieves its business goals.
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Keep your cool in stressful situations and inspire confidence during busy peak periods
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours
• 6 day work week / 50-55 hours per week
• Open Availability

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferred 1+ years of successful leadership/management experience in a quick-service restaurant setting
• Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning
• Experience in Pizza making / Pizza restaurants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
