We are looking to add another Part-Time staff to our team of Facilities Managers. Duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Facilities Manager include:

- Perform recurring maintenance tasks to ensure that normal facility maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner and to reduce equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot issues with facility plumbing, electrical, etc. as needed,
- Provide active and on-going risk management efforts by upholding maintenance schedules and inspection logs. Work to cultivate gym etiquette consistent with stated policies and procedures.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Preferred two years working in facility maintenance and upkeep, and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve maintenance-related issues.
- Experience with and working knowledge of hand tools, power tools and similar shop tools.
- Daytime, weekday availability preferred.
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills. Must work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work at all three Triangle locations on a rotating basis.
