ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING (ADON) - Full-Time - Rock Island, Illinois
Generations at Rock Island in Rock Island, IL, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Clinical Services Supervisor (CSS). This is a Full -Time Salaried opportunity, with an 8-hour shift and only On-Call one week a month. The Ideal Candidate Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
Now Offering between $75k-85k Per Year based on level of experience as an ADON in Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Clinical Services Supervisor (CSS) collaborates with the Director of Nursing (DON) - Director of Clinical Services (DCS)
- Ensure care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the clinical team, develop programs and provide education to staff
- Plan and evaluate nursing systems, rotations and methods

Requirements:Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have leadership and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of regulations preferred
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, intermediate or long-term care facility preferred
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
