Bidrestore Consulting, DBA Puroclean of victor heights. is a full service general contracting firm located in Los Angeles. We specialize in restoration and home remodeling, which includes new construction, remodels, and restorations.
Bidrestore Consulting is seeking Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position requires the candidate to travel to job sites in and around Los Angeles area.
The Assistant Project Manager will assist our firm with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, management and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Read architectural plans
- Assist with bidding projects
- Obtain permits and licenses
- Assist Project Managers with all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Communicate with All sub-contractors and building inspectors.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Take detailed notes at project meetings
- MUST be able to read architectural plans
- Prior experience working for General contractor is preferred
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction management software and construction scheduling is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong computer experience required: Excel, Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
- Ability to multitask
- Positive and good working attitude
