Allen Media Broadcasting’s KDRV-TV (ABC) in Medford, Oregon is looking for its next great Assignment Editor. We need a go-getter to help guide our team of reporters, photographers and producers in the coverage of breaking news, scheduled events and enterprise reporting.
The successful candidate is computer-savvy, enjoys collaborating with others, and has great organizational skills. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting is essential. A four-year college or university degree is required; previous experience in a television newsroom or multiple internships is preferred.

KDRV-TV produces more local news across more platforms than any other media outlet in our market.
Our station is located in the beautiful Rogue Valley near the Southern Oregon Wine Trail and is just a short drive away from great hiking, mountain biking, skiing, golfing, fishing, whitewater rafting, the Britt Festival’s concerts under the stars, and the Tony award-winning Oregon Shakespeare Festival. If you still need an occasional big city fix, then Portland and San Francisco are just a quick direct flight or a few hours’ drive away.
