Asset Manager
Clarksville, TN

Focal for all coordination, issues, questions and concerns for a predetermined set of parts. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders. Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to take actions as required.

Representative Major Tasks:

· Liaison to customer on material requirements, status, issues and concerns

· Performs data entry of material orders. Assists in analyzing supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Analyzes material location and performs redistribution.

· Enters, tracks and monitors customer orders. Identifies customer issues for resolution or referral.

· Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer and delivery requirements. Processes material returned from customers. Responds to customer inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution. Performs order close out.

· Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance. Coordinates the movement of assets and components through the repair cycle.

· Processes documentation associated to repair items and warranty claims. Identifies customer issues for resolution or referral.

· Maintains internal/external supplier/customer interface with regular communication, such as attending customer supply meetings.

· May assist in supplier/customer presentations and program reviews and feedback. – This may require domestic company travel for short duration trips.

Requirements:

• 2+ year's related experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Required)
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel is a must; V-Lookup is a plus
• Must have the ability to build customer rapport quickly
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills
• Must have strong analytical skills
• ACN experience desired
• PC proficiency a plus
• Ability to navigate through standard supply/inventory system
• Ability to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
