About the role:

An Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling and installing various components of our windows and doors, including frames, glass, and hardware. The individual in this role must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with their hands, as well as a good understanding general shop tools.

Responsibilities:

· Assemble windows and doors according to detailed instructions and blueprints.

· Use hand and power tools to cut, measure, and join materials.

· Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

· Package and prepare finished products for shipment.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Follow safety procedures to minimize risk of injury and/or damage.

Candidate requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.

· Strong attention to detail quality assurance

· Good hand eye coordination and dexterity

· Good physical condition

· Ability to lift heavy objects regularly 50lbs.

· Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

· Ability to read a tape measure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
