We’re looking for someone like you to be a Warehouse Assembler for our client Silgan Dispensing in Grandview, MO. You’ll be a part of a team that will assemble products, and move boxes and bags to the appropriate area in the facility. You don’t need any experience to do this job, however, if you have a couple of years of manufacturing experience that would be great!

When you show up for your first training shift, you’ll get all the training you’ll need – don’t sweat it. You’ll be learning new skills, building work experience, and staying active in this facility in Grandview.

Hourly Pay Rate:
$16/hr

• Please note, there will be an incentive pay rate increase during December for 2nd and 3rd shifts at $16 and $17 per hour.

Shift Times & Lengths

• Monday-Sunday
• Variety of Half Shift (4-hour) Times:
  • 7 am - 11 am
  • 11 am - 3 pm
  • 3 pm - 7 pm
  • 7 pm - 11 pm
  • 11 pm - 3 am
  • 11 pm - 7 am
  • 3 am - 7 pm

**Please note Thursdays & Fridays are first training shift days.**

Please Note - Working at Silgan Dispensing facility is conditional upon first day drug screening, meeting background requirements, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
