Marrakech is looking for staff to work with our wonderful participants with developmental disabilities, physical, behavioral or other needs in a group home setting. We seek nurturing people who will provide care with respect and dignity as well as promote independence and community integration.

We are currently seeking ASL fluent staff for PT, FT, Per Diem positions in the Winsted area!

Are you passionate about working with people? We are looking for staff that know American Sign Language to work in a new program in the Winsted area.

This program, in partnership with Northwestern CT Community College (NWCCC), will be a fully inclusive program for individuals with developmental disabilities who are also deaf. Staff will be supporting individuals in their homes and in the community to work and participate in the campus life at NWCCC.
The home will be outfitted with the latest technology available to increase the independence of each individual.
All staff are required to be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Any staff that is not proficient in American Sign Language will have the opportunity to obtain a Deaf Studies Degree/Direct Support Professional Credential through NCCC – an Employee Benefit offered to only those working in this new program.
