Project Manager - Residential Architecture - Full Time

MCA is seeking to add to our team in Center City Philadelphia. This person would assist in the creation and oversight of finely detailed, custom single-family residential projects - including ground-up new construction, new development and custom renovations. Classic contexts inform our plans for contemporary living. We pride ourselves in having built relationships with some of the areas top builders, designers, tradespeople and fabricators.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proficient in communicating directly with clients and contractors, able to generate contract proposals, handle building surveys, design floor plan layouts, review shop drawings and produce detailed Construction Documents. Experience in wood-frame construction and residential interior/exterior detailing is most attractive.

Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture degree, enrolled in IDP/NCARB program and working actively toward Licensure, 4+ years of experience, AutoCAD 2018. Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is a real plus.

Candidate must be able to travel for site visits in Philadelphia and the surrounding region - and available to meet contractors on their schedules. This position is full-time and in-person. No telecommuters or long-distance arrangements, please.
