We are looking for a fun, energetic person to join our team at Mohegan Sun Casino Resort! This is a seasonal position so looking for someone who has availability this summer!

Arcade Attendant Job Summary:

As the Cyber Quest arcade attendant teammate, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with game play, or assisting with game play problems, serving the prize redemption area, maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the facility.

Qualification and Must-Have Skills for an Arcade Attendant:

• Be passionate about play and children, enjoy meeting new people
• Must be able to complete and pass required background screening and possible drug testing
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, mostly weekday evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• A high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be 18 years of age or older with an ability to work in a casino/gaming environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
• Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience (preferred)
• Experience in a retail environment or family friendly business is always a plus!

Arcade Attendant Job Duties:

• Report to your center management team while on duty.
• Provide exceptional guest service by working with guests in a positive and friendly manner.
• Help customers redeem tickets for prizes
• Support customers playing arcade games by providing support or information to serve their needs.
• Help stock, display, and organize redemption prizes, focus on keeping redemption displays full, clean, and presentable to customers.
• Be familiar with all Cyber Quest promotion and special events.
