Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for the daily maintenance and ownership of AR lockbox receipts. Other responsibilities related to the upkeep of the AR receipts include recording of returns/disputes, record keeping of unapplied amounts, and communication with the customer service team. Position is 40 hours per week on-site.

Position is a member of the shared service team and the larger corporate accounting team.

Flow of work for the position is cyclical, so additional collaborative work with the rest of the accounting team will be assigned as availability permits.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business or Related Field preferred

This position requires the ability to learn/understand how to import/export bank files in AR/billing systems. Also required is data application and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Depending on experience, an ideal candidate should show a willingness to be trained in additional AR and AP processing functions.
