Classification: Full Time Technician
Description: Assist the Appraisal Department Manager in ordering, receiving and reviewing Real Estate appraisals and evaluations; including Real Estate research, basic office tasks and other miscellaneous daily duties. Also, assist in the management of EL Dorado Savings Bank’s Corporate Real Estate to include research, document processing, coordinating maintenance and repair of facilities as directed by the Property Manager. EOE.

Qualifications and Skills:**

• Strong math and logic skills
• Cash handling and customer service experience helpful
• Will Train

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

• Bilingual a plus
