Responsibilities:

• Provide effective, proficient customer service and support. Resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Work with agency management system vendor to resolve issues when needed.
• Assist with configuration of Agency Management Systems.
• Maintenance of Agency Management System including security, system access, setup of carriers/financial companies and reports.
• Provide application help desk support and customer service to Agency Partners and Acrisure Home office end users.
• Assist with development of training and Help Desk support material.
• Provide manager with regular updates on issues.
• Provide configuration support for pre and post conversion deployments.
• Manage multi projects at once.

Education/Experience:

• Applied EPIC and/or AMS360 agency management system experience required.
• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years working with insurance-industry specific software required.
• Associates degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience is preferred.

• Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
• Must be customer service and technology oriented.
• Ability to investigate and problem solve.
• Evening, weekend, or non-regular hours will be required.
• Remote employees must have a dedicated quiet work area.
• Ability to travel, limited to 1-4 times annually.
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives
