Summary

eClerx is seeking a dynamic and proactive CRD Application Developer. The CRD Application Developer is a critical role in the Global Investments technology organization, supporting client front office. This highly visible role will play a key position in the order management system consolidation and migration efforts across several trading desks and asset classes The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, users, and IT to define and implement business workflows as part of the team implementing and consolidating OMS systems. We are looking for a lead developer with strong Charles River IMS and extensive asset management experience. The individual needs to be a highly motivated self-starter with strong sense of professional pride and individual accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using AGILE methodologies
• Develops high-quality, fully tested solutions that meet business needs
• Serve as a development leader on Charles River IMS multi-asset trading platform interfaces
• Communicate development status in a timely manner, including metric reporting
• Create appropriate technical documentation of developed solutions for operational support
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to design, develop, test and troubleshoot end to end technical solutions
• Perform tasks of high complexity to modify processes, plans, and designs as needed
• Complete testing in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans – this includes quality assurance and performance testing
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively at all organizational levels with written and verbal communication skills
• Assists less senior developers in following SDLC/Agile and change management processes
• Interacts with other IT teams as required to leverage enterprise services
• Participate in paired programming and code review sessions

Eligibility Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with the Charles River Investment Management System REQUIRED
• Ability to participate in requirements review, with business partners and IT colleagues, to ensure full understanding and ask clarifying questions
• Ability to provide feedback and technical guidance for proposed solutions. Focus on deploying operationally supportable solutions that require minimal on-going maintenance
• Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in an environment supporting legacy solutions, while designing, developing, and deploying target-state technologies

Salary Range: $60,000-$120,000
