POSITION DETAILS
Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in search for a Core Banking Applications Support role for their team. This successful resource will be responsible for project work and service management of depository applications.
Responsibilities:
Support internal business needs with online accounts and lending systems
Work with the business to understand their needs and work with system vendor and doing internal configuration and integration to execute on projects
Write SQL queries to troubleshoot and help the business determine the validity of data
Create automated scripts to remove processes in the operations
Assist in merger and acquisition projects and evaluate existing systems
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience, providing technical support and project work for a Core banking system, specifically with the depository account part of a banking system
Technical experience working with banking software
Experience troubleshooting and supporting users
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
SQL experience
API experience
Experience writing automated scripts
Terms:
