Appliance Allstars is a local owned and operated appliance repair company headquartered in Stockbridge, GA. We are looking for a full time Appliance Repair Technician to service Douglasville, GA. Appliance repair experience is not required. Basic hand and power tools experience is required. We are willing to train someone willing to work and are good with their hands. Former Electrician, HVAC technician, Cable TV installer, Property maintenance technician and those good with their hands with using basic hand tools (drill, pliers, screwdrivers, socket and ratchet, wrenches, etc.)

Job Duties

• Diagnose and repair customer appliances
• Collect payment in the field
• We supply fully stocked vehicle, gas card, insurance, tools, phone, tablet, & work shirts. Just show up and start working.

Compensation

• Base pay during 2 weeks training $17.50/hour
• Base pay after training $20.00 - $30.00/hour
• PLUS Weekly Bonus
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• Holiday pay

Job Requirements Include

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification a plus
• Team player mentality
• Maintain a clean GA drivers license
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
• Attend all training workshops when available
• Pass a company paid background and drug screening every 2 years

The appliance repair technician:

Must be friendly and have great communication skills

Performs appliance repair on residential washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, garbage disposals

Diagnose issues with all major appliances and provide costs for repairs/installations of appliance

Be knowledgeable about appliance repair and efficient in timely diagnostic and repair for each job

Expected to see 4-6 jobs a day

COVID-19 considerations:
We wear shoe covers inside customer homes. We also wear mask inside customer homes when requested. We also provide wet wipes to disinfect.
