Appliance Doctor, the Delaware Valley's premier appliance and refrigeration service company, is in search of an experienced Appliance Repair Service Technician who is a self-motivated, honest, responsible individual with a high customer service standard and strong work ethic.

We are looking to add a qualified and experienced service technician for:

• Bucks County, Pa
• Montgomery County, Pa
• Philadelphia All City
• Delaware County, Pa
• Burlington County, NJ
• Camden County, NJ

We are a family owned business and maintain a 'family-style' culture. We are a 2nd generation family business in operation for 54 years, since 1964!

Your experience should include troubleshooting, repairing, and installation of major household appliances and refrigeration equipment. You must be proficient in connecting water and gas lines, and how to check for leaks. You will instruct customers on how to operate the appliances properly. You will sell repairs and replace defective components. You must know how to dismantle and reassemble appliances to make the proper diagnosis.

• Laundry (Washers, Dryers, Dryer Vent Systems)
• Refrigeration (Refrigerators, Freezers, Ice Makers, Dehumidifiers)
• Cooking (Ranges, Stoves, Ovens, Cooktops, Microwaves)
• Kitchen (Dishwashers, Garbage Disposers)

Brands we service:

You should be proficient on domestic and/or high end brands such as Whirlpool, Kenmore, GE, Hotpoint, Frigidaire, Sub Zero, Viking, etc. Additionally, qualified technicians should have experience on foreign and/or high end brands such as: Samsung, LG, Bosch, Dacor, Thermador, Miele, Fisher & Paykel, etc.

Qualifications:

You should possess a minimum of 2 years related experience in the appliance repair industry. EPA certification is not required, but a definite plus as sealed system repairs significantly increase your earnings potential. You must possess a clean motor vehicle record. You will be assigned an organized and fully stocked company work van as well as company uniforms.

Compensation:

Appliance Doctor offers a weekly base pay with weekly bonuses/commissions. If you are a good technician with a high repair rate, you can earn $50,000-$70,000 per year and possibly more. Overtime is often available but never required.
