This position is a dual-site role supporting Vista Creek Apartments and Bon Aire Apartments in Castro Valley, CA. The compensation range is $21 - $28 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.

Must haves:

• Superior knowledge of home maintenance
• Maintenance certification

Great to haves:

• Renovations or construction experience
• General contractor, journeyman, electrician, or other skilled trade
