PART TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER - Seeking mature, reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work 22 hours/week at a 32-unit apartment complex in Robbinsville. Duties include routine maintenance and preparing vacant units. Must furnish tools and have reliable transportation. You must be on call for emergencies. Credit, criminal and drug screening required.
