Position Description |

Our team is seeking a highly motivated, charismatic & self-directed individual to join the leasing team at The Lincoln at Speer. You will be one of the leasing agents for multiple properties and have the ability to grow in the field of real estate. An essential part of the team, you will be responsible for showing and renting one of the largest portfolios in Denver!

Key Duties |

• Show potential applicants rental inventory and deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, appointments, & applications
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Organizing applications, leases and related documents
• Assisting with invoices, deals, and other paperwork
• Maintaining database/inventory entry
• Facilitate the move-ins for future tenants
• Providing support for Head of Leasing, including owning and executing essential long-term projects.

Skills & Specifications | Successful candidates will meet the following:

• Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, disciplined, driven & resourceful
• Excellent communicator, written and oral
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in web-based applications, Google Apps & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,

Excel)

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Comfortable multitasking, working with a team or individually
• Professional demeanor and eagerness to learn, punctual & dependable

Duration & Opportunities | This position is full time with benefits (40hrs a week, $20 hourly) including health insurance.
