AP/AR Manager- PERM- Doral, FL- onsite flexible to HYBRID

$80,000-$90,000 Annual Compensation + Benefits

The Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager is directly responsible for the department success and for all functions relating to the revenue, payments, collections, and management of AP and AR staff. This is a working manager role.

Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)

· Set objectives and department framework for the AP & AR team that aligns with Finance department and organizational goals.

· Supervise, train and develops team members to perform their specific tasks and responsibilities.

· Review existing AP/AR processes, identify and implement process improvements thru automation.

· Manages AP and AR staff, provides guidance on issues and manages coverage during vacations.

· Ensures all incoming invoices are processed based on company’s policy

· Processes check runs.

· Prepares monthly accruals

Qualifications include:

· Associate Degree preferred

· 7+ years’ experience in AP/AR

· A high degree of knowledge regarding accounting software is a plus

· Solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail

· Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)

• Self-starter with problem solving skills, ability to work independently and confidentially
• Take proactive approach to tasks and projects to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with minima supervision
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement
• Must be able to work with accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface/communicate with staff as well as vendors/customers
• General knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of the general ledger is preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
