Job description
Essential Functions:Responsible for the operation of:
- AOI machine including setting up inspection profiles
- X-ray equipment
- Selective solder machine
- Aqueous washer and stencil cleaner
- Prior experience of at least 3 years of operating SMT equipment such as AOI, X-ray, selective solder, aqueous washer, and stencil cleaner.
- Understanding of electronic component types and packaging (i.e., BGA, SOICS, RES/CAP packages etc.)
- Ability to read and understand engineering assembly document such as BOM's, assembly drawings, engineering change orders, quality process documents
- Interpret engineering drawings and documentation
- Computer literate and ability to communicate in the English language both written and oral.
