Midwest Anesthesia Associates (MAA) is looking at add an Anesthesiologist at our Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Our practice at Lutheran Hospital consists of 45 Physicians and 45 CRNAs. MAA allows you to change your call totals, your post call work preferences and the number of vacation weeks on an annual basis. With an emphasis on a work-life balance, these options allow both flexibility and financial opportunity to meet the needs of our providers.
After the completion of two years, this position will be offered an opportunity to join our leadership team as a Partner.
