We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Analyst to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. We expect Analysts to engage with users to develop a deep understanding of a business problem, be able to convey that understanding in requirements to development teams, define and track metrics, and provide high-quality deliverables. They will collaborate with cross-functional peers including engineers, user experience designers, and analysts to support execution of the product roadmap.Our innovative products, industry, and competition are evolving and growing quickly, and we are excited to add to our collective expertise.

This role will report to our Senior Director, ACO Service LIne

What will you do?

• Communicate, both written and verbally, the needs of the user and the incremental value being delivered.
• Participate in user research sessions to gather feedback.
• Deliver defined work in the product backlog on time and with high quality.
• Define and execute on novel product work with help and coaching from more senior product managers.
• Define, track, report out, and explain metrics representing the value of the product.
• Review, understand and document existing processes, end-state workflows, and use cases for the product.

We are looking for someone with:

• Innate curiosity with a passion to share knowledge and uncover creative solutions.
• A focus on the user, being able to express their perspective and what they need to ensure each problem statement clearly traces back to these core points.
• Skills to analyze data and pull meaningful insights that speak to product success and user engagement metrics
• Ability to dissect business problems and articulate them and other relevant concepts to an audience that is unfamiliar with the subject matter.

• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross functionally
• Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable operating in a flexible, fast-paced work environment
• Strong PowerPoint (and/or Google Slides) and Excel data analysis skills, ideally with demonstrable executive/board presentation development experience
• A Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
