We are seeking an Analyst who will focus on broad bodies of data to find patterns and trends across our vacation rental management company. Financial analysis, budget projections, forecasting, complex projects, and detailed recommendations will be part of the roles and responsibilities of an Analyst.

As the largest vacation rental management company in the region and growing, we have a unique opportunity and rewarding challenge for the perfect candidate to fill the role of Analyst.

Primary Responsibilities

• Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business

• Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to the executive team

• Provide detailed recommendations based on trends and patterns outlined by the executive team

• Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by the executive team, creating reports, specifications, instructions and flowcharts

• Evaluate KPIs, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates

• Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and establish and organize KPIs in line with company directives

• Budget projections

• Financial analysis

• Understand if this / then that scenarios

Requirements and Skills Needed

• Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy

• The ability to write reports and communicate daily, weekly and monthly on various projects assigned

• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills

• Experience with managing budgets

• Ability to present findings in a polished way

• Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, economics or a related field
