Job description
Position Responsibilities:
- Cash Management, banks reconciliations, taxes (withholding and IVU), payroll taxes and budget preparation.
- Knowledge of full accounting cycle.
- To monitor daily bank transactions and execute ACH payment.
- To prepare various financial analyses to present to management.
Position Requirements:
- 2 a 3 years of experience in Accounting Procedures.
- BBA in Accounting.
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
- Able to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel (intermediate)
- Be able to work after hours
