Position Summary

An Ambassador plays a vital role for CTH, embodying our mission with compassion and empathy. As a hospitality navigator, they warmly welcome and assist guests with accessing services at the Regional Medical Center, serving at the main information desk and Emergency Department. As the first point of contact for patients and loved ones arriving for outpatient procedures, patient visitation and emergency medical treatment, the warmth and professionalism extended by Ambassadors sets the tone for their entire care experience. In addition to offering a connective welcome and screening guests, this role acts as the “eyes and ears” of the entrance and emergency waiting area. Ambassadors are confident in their critical thinking, de-escalation skills and ability to navigate the ebb and flow of challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience
• One year of customer service experience
