We are currently seeking a Alliance Director (Snowflake/Databricks) Data &Analytics partners - REMOTE in US to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Director of NTT Data Services Alliances focusing on Data & Analytics: (Snowflake and Databricks)

This role will set the strategy, business plan and ongoing management of our relationships with several Data and Analytics Partners. These might include Snowflake, Databricks, etc. The Alliance Director is responsible for working with Sales, pipeline, net new lead generation, certifications, leveraging of investments that are available through partner programs, joint solution development and contractual commitments with the partners. This role is US focused.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage overall NTT DATA Snowflake, Databricks, and Data Intelligence & Automation partner strategy, business plan, and execution
• Foster and maintain senior executive relationships between NTT DATA and Snowflake & Databricks (separately); required for top-down support of the partnership
• Develop strategic relationships between Snowflake & Databricks (separately) and NTT DATA sales teams, marketing, digital practices, portfolio owners, and delivery organizations to move forward the goals of the partnership
• Enable and own pipeline and TCV growth for Snowflake & Databricks (separately) partnership in collaboration with Snowflake & Databricks practice leadership
• Guide Digital Sales Executive leadership to field execution with Snowflake Databricks (separately), with an emphasis on net new leads
• Ensure certification targets required for partnership and practice success are met within NTT DATA
• Maximize Snowflake & Databricks (separately) partner funding and related incentives
• Solidify industry focus and required joint solutions, in alignment with practice and digital offerings organization
• Facilitate strategy and coverage (in collaboration with Partner Marketing) for large Snowflake & Databricks (separately) events
• Manage required contractual commitments with Snowflake & Databricks (separately) in line with partnership agreements
• Ensure operational components of the partnership are met; establish process and oversight of logging deals in partner's portal to ensure available funding is unlocked and program metrics are met
• Align partnership activities across broader NTT DATA organization, ensuring alignment across North America, EMEA and Japan organizations
• Be an active thought leader within broader alliances organization, taking on change projects that will allow all alliances to thrive

Qualifications:

• Experienced alliance executive with minimum of 10+ years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing Snowflake & Databricks partnership preferred
• Thorough understanding of all Snowflake & Databricks (separately) partner programs and processes
• Experience enabling Snowflake & Databricks (separately) partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
• Skilled program manager
• Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization; international work experience preferred
• Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g.Snowflake, & Databricks a plus)
• Snowflake SnowPro Core and SnowPro Advanced Certifications a plus; Databricks certification a plus, cloud certification(s) a plus
• Ability to travel approximately 25% (align with NTT's post-COVID travel guidance)
• Bachelor's degree

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in alliance/partner management;
• 4+ years experience enabling Snowflake & Databricks (separately) partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
