Pay Rate: $15.00/ HR BASE PAY * $500 bonus to all new F/T employees who successfully complete a 6 Month probationary period*

Job Summary

To coordinate movement of staff from various areas of the airport to their designated areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate movement of staff from various areas such as ticketing counter and airline gate to International Arrivals.
• Coordinate with airport gate agents to ensure passenger needs are met
• Be alert to any premise hazards which could cause an accident
• Knowledge of safety requirements and expectations
• Knowledge of passenger checkpoint screening processes
• Offer exceptional customer service when interacting with passengers, staff, or general public
• Complete incident reports for accidents and out of the ordinary events occurring when assisting or transporting passengers

Qualifications and Skills

• No Visible tattoos.
• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Own a smartphone with an active plan.
• Quick learning abilities and able to "multi-task"
• Ability to work in fast pace environment
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to occasionally lift more than 70lbs and push/pull a minimum of 100 pounds.
• Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor
