ABOUT THE JOB
As Airport Supervisor you will be responsible for turnaround operations at the airport, and the contact between the airport and pier. The operations address the movement of meet & greet service of arriving and departing guests on a ship’s turnaround day.
- Will print, gather and distribute manifest and necessary materials
- Ensure staffing levels are met
- Complete airport turn reports after each call
- Work in conjunction with Account Manager for the Brand and Intercruises Manager to ensure all standards are met
- Assist with development and training of airport staff
- Create and maintain strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders to improve communication and leverage future partnership opportunities
- Report any incidents or accidents with guests and staff
- Work schedule is based on passenger arrivals
- Other responsibilities as required for smooth and successful operation
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in local language, plus fluency in English would be advantageous.
- Able to work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts).
- Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills.
