Responsibilities and duties

Our Flight Checkers work in a cold environment auditing and counting food items for our airline customers according their standards. This high paced facility produces up to 5,000 - 10,000 food items per day meeting the highest quality product following Safe Food Handling practices.

• Check and audit airline food trolleys to ensure that each flight is produced exactly based on counts and specifications
• Must have excellent oral and written english communication skills
• Detail orientated and able to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
• Adheres to HACCP standards and all other food safety guidelines
• Works in a fast paced environment ensuring all product meets required ready times

The Ideal Flight Checker must be able to:

• Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
• Work overtime when required
• Pass a criminal background and drug test
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
• Work in a cold environment of 38-40 degrees
