Description: Provide supervision for all employees and work performed in support of Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot maintenance on Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Training Command (ATC) CV-22 aircraft. Ensure general housekeeping, safety; security and environmental control and Air Force Occupational Safety and Health Standards (AFOSH STDs) followed. Ensure operator inspections and user servicing requirements are accomplished on all assigned support equipment IAW latest revision of TO 00-20-1. Coordinate with the designated LM POC and the Integrated Military Maintenance Coordinator (IMMC) Keep AFSOC/A4MY appraised of aircraft status. Coordinate, with the Integrated Maintenance Site Coordinator (IMSC), the replacement of components as required during the PMI/Phase event. Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of maintenance actions performed by LM personnel. Ensure maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs are fully documented using the applicable aircraft or equipment forms, IMDS, and historical records. In addition, supervise daily activities of all CDT personnel, coordinate with Govt. to accomplish IMC, coordinate with Govt to meet scheduling requirements, assign daily duties and task to personnel, attend meetings with Govt. for scheduling and maintenance, coordinate with AFSOC to accomplish TAR’s and MAR’s as required. Travel to other CV-22 locations to perform maintenance repairs may be required. Perform additional duties as required (ie. training)

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of seven (7) years continuous aircraft maintenance background/experience in an Aircraft Mechanical specialty on any fixed-wing or rotary aircraft with at least three (3) years’ experience on CV-22 or V-22 aircraft or at least one year of documented recent (within the past three years) experience on the CV-22 or V-22 aircraft. Extensive working knowledge using technical publications, bulletins, diagrams, ground support equipment and precision tools in accordance with the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM). Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $91,300 - $175,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $105,000 - $197,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
