Cleaning and Property Upkeep Specialist (Part-Time)
We are looking to fill a very important position on our Airbnb Team! This role is vital to creating amazing experiences, so we will value you, pay you well, and treat you well.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, cares about doing a high quality job, is great at following systems, likes to make customers happy, and who is self-directed.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform 3-6 Cleanings per week on Airbnb homes, including laundry of bedding/towels
• Perform Property Maintenance such as changing lightbulbs, batteries, taking trash to curb on trash days, cleaning up yard debris after storms, cleaning fire pit, cleaning patio cushions
• 3x per year perform deep cleanings such as windows, fans, baseboards, cabinets, oven
• Manage Inventory: Make sure all properties are fully stocked with supplies
• Go Pickup locally OR receive amazon deliveries for supplies needed such as soap, towels, detergent, toilet paper,etc.
• Occasionally help with a guest’s property need/issue (Ran out of detergent, broken tv remote, etc)
• Keep in close communication with Business Manager, updates end-of-day

Skills needed:
Must have at least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (with references)
Must speak fluent English
Must have a Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle
No criminal charges related to Alcohol, Drugs, or Theft
Must have a Keen EYE for Detail! We want you to notice everything, the magic is in the details!

Schedule:
Cleanings are always at 11am, some days may have cleanings at 2 properties. The rest of the responsibilities are flexible, as long as they get done on or before the date we ask. We give you FREEDOM and expect you to be responsible and self-directed to not abuse the flexibility.
Sunday is a heavy day for guest checkout, so you must be able to work Sundays as needed.
10-15 hours per week depending on busy season or off season. Currently (January-April) expect 12-14 hours/week, 4 days per week.

Pay:
$20-22/hr depending on experience and work quality.
Quarterly bonuses for consistent guest reviews that mention 5 star cleaning!
Raises available based on work performance and a willing attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
