Renuity is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join its best-in-class Technology team. The Project Manager will report to Head of Technology Program Management and responsible for managing new product development to differentiate Renuity customer experience and internal efficiency via digitization. This role will be responsible for managing high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions. As an Agile project manager, you'll contribute to every step of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including defining problems, creating solutions, and developing/executing final solutions. Besides managing product and project risks, you'll also be managing cross-functional communication/coordination.

What You'll Do:
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Perform all sprint ceremonies and promote agile culture across organization
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
- Support the Product Manager in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team
- Manage project timeline and track/provide ongoing reporting for project status, risks and mitigation plans
- Work with stakeholder and document requirements/user stories, as needed
What You'll Bring:
Independent contributor that supports all divisions and departments in the company.
- Knowledge and experience in cross-functional agile project management methods and techniques
- 5 years or more experience in project management
- Knowledge about software collaboration and time management tools – JIRA, Confluence, ASANA, Microsoft project etc.
- PMP and CSM Certification is plus
- Experience in home improvement industry is plus
- Excellent communicator with experience presenting project updates to technical and non-technical audience
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
