What You Will Be Doing:

The Agile Project Manager (APM) is an experienced project manager with expertise in Agile methodology to lead software development, game development, and Web3 application projects. The APM will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients' needs. The AMP is also expected to collaborate with offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Effectively champions the company’s vision, mission, culture, and overall business objectives.

• Supports a high-performance team culture that values continuous improvements, learning, and a commitment to quality.

• Collaborates with the development team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Facilitates Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile principles.

• Ensures that project requirements are clearly defined and understood by all team members.

• Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and dependencies in a distributed team environment.

• Monitors project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.

• Coordinates project team activities, including developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders.

• Communicates project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.

• Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Conducts post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

• Experience working with offshore development teams and managing distributed teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultural boundaries.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - or equivalent proven work experience.

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
