Job Summary
Summary:
As a Levy Guest Relations Representative, you are the point of contact for Food and Beverage orders for clients who rent nightly suites at the American Airlines Center.
The main focus for this position is to provide exceptional knowledge and customer service to clients who have rented a suite for an event, all Levy employees, Center Operating Center employees, Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks Sales and Suite representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to guests with exceptional menu knowledge when placing orders for events
- Inputting orders into multiple suites systems thoroughly with great attention to detail
- Being familiar with various Microsoft programs: word, excel, outlook, etc.
- Accurately inputting billing information while remaining PCI compliant
- Answer any questions guests may have regarding food and beverage
- Practice responsible alcohol service by abiding by TABC rules and regulations
- Effectively communicating with management and other Levy team members with necessary information regarding their suite
- Promptly answering telephone and email inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned.
