Job Summary -
Senior Health Solutions is looking for an Agent Assistant to join our team. The Agent Assistant will team up with our Licensed Advisors to keep a smooth and timely flow of our services for our clients. The ideal person(s) for this type of role is a good listener with good communication skills, and good follow through. Must be outgoing and compassionate, organized and adaptable. You will shadow an Agent learning the ins and outs of the insurance business, from an Agent's perspective. As an Agent Assistant, you will assist with
- CRM Submission and Documentation
- Mailing of Customer Correspondence
- Assist Senior Agents with Compliance Monitoring
- New Business Submission and Documentation
- Monitor Business by using Carrier Websites
- Clerical work and Data Entry
We will train you in all aspects of the position. This is a part time position (25-30 hours per week), paying $15.00 per hour.
Days and hours negotiable with the possibility of future advancement.
Must be approved by Missouri Job Center before job offer can be made.
