The Brent Jablonski Allstate Agency is a long standing and well-known pillar in the Fox Lake, IL community, and we have an amazing leadership role opportunity immediately available! We are looking to hire, an experienced Agency Office Manager. We are seeking an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

The Agency Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. They are responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation.

*Insurance industry experience preferred, but not required*

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities of an agency office manager

• Build agency reputation and growth through positive customer relations, marketing programs and lead acquisition
• Create and enforce office policies, standards and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitable
• Supervise personnel, create schedules, manage daily operations and hold staff accountable to their performance goals
• Assist in customer claims processing and resolution

Requirements

Job Requirements of an agency office manager

• Currently have or be able to obtain an IL Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively lead and coach a team; management experience is a plus
• Highly capable of managing all business operations
• Straight-forward communicator, dependable and strong leadership skills
• Must have some working knowledge of insurance and/or financial services experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers' needs
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Must have a minimum of 3-4 years insurance experience, prior management experience a plus
