H.A.L.O., Helping Adolescents Lead Others, LLC. is the newest leadership and sports program in central Texas. HALO works directly with adolescents, student-athletes, schools and sports teams to discover, develop and deliver leadership skills that produce winning results. Through leadership building exercises, such as small group presentations and skills coaching sessions, HALO aims to consistently motivate young people to demonstrate greater social awareness and positively influence others through deliberate action.

This After School coach position will be in charge of a group of 12-15 kids. This position will also assist in creating and facilitating curricula, activities, and games. Instructors will also communicate with parents and program directors. We are a very athletic camp, so experience with sports and athletics is preferred.

We have locations in South Austin Soccer Zone (9501 Manchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78748) and Soccer Zone Lakeline Cedar Park (920 Old Mill Rd, Cedar Park, TX 78613)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 2:15pm-6:00pm

PAY RATE: starts at $13.00

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be interested in contributing to the mission of H.A.L.O's Honor Code.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Must have valid drivers license
Must be able to drive 15 passenger van
Ability to be an effective leader
Previous experience in supervising children
Strong communication skills
Interest, knowledge, skills, enthusiasm, and ability to provide attention and care to children and their families.

HALO participants will be required to wear a mask while being transported to Soccer Zone, and be asked to wear their masks anytime while in the facility. They are not required to wear a mask when engaged in activities on the outside field
