• Collaborate with various engineering teams to identify and resolve legacy part related challenges.
• Create and update structured part and assembly bills of material for efficient execution.
• Address documentation gaps in ERP system to enable efficient purchasing and fabrication of parts by the fulfillment center.
• Assist with vendor selection for unique fabricated components.
• May participate in selecting preferred OEM vendors.
• Identify replacements for obsolete purchased components.
• Monitor daily reports to prioritize urgent needs related to delivery of parts timely and accurately, ensuring customer trust is met.
• Collaborate with aftermarket drafter on drawing updates required for accurate and efficient fabrication.
• Support aftermarket parts sales team to identify parts using existing drawings and bills of materials.

• Proficient user of ERP system, preferably Infor XA/MAPICS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Highly self-motivated, must work well with little to no supervision.
• Creatively solve problems and challenges related to both internal and external customer requests.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability manage conflict.
• Possess excellent communication skills using various modes of communication.

• Timely execution of parts orders, with a specific focus on executing most challenging parts (on-time delivery).
• On or above plan aftermarket part orders and revenue with annual progress moving toward Vision 2.0.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years related customer service experience.

• Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally.
• Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards.
• Travel by air and car approximately 10-15%.
