The Role at a Glance:

Reporting to the Manager, Aftermarket Parts, The AM Data Specialist will be skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. The ideal candidate should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Create, manage, analyze, report (data mine) of all inputs for parts department.
• Lead in design and data collection, storage of plan for all parts
• Maintain all parts data stored in EPR, as part of system integrity requirements
• Analyze and develop strategies to monitor and increase utilization of e-commerce by developing work flow processes and data requirements
• Maintain high level of trustworthiness and credibility within the data as it translates into e-commerce web site
• Manage updates and revisions to e-commerce database
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, or patterns of products, service or customers
• Create and maintain standardized manufacturing instructions(MAI) for all tasks
• Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of efficiency of support process, customer satisfaction, and the application for monitoring, management and optimization

Must-Haves:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving ability.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Communicate effectively in both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to collaborate within all levels of the organization.
• Spanish not required, but preferred.
