Description: assist in the management and coordination of the afterschool programming activities at assigned high school in Pender County. Duration: 22/23 School Year Afterschool Program
Specific Duties:
- Assist in the planning, organizing and supervision of the day-to-day operation of the afterschool program
- Assist students with online lessons & work one-on-one with participants as needed
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the students
- Assist in maintaining current student records in online system
- Assist in keeping an updated inventory of supplies, equipment and materials necessary to effectively carry out program activities
- Encourage and recruit student, parent and community involvement in 21st CCLC activities
Qualifications:
- Two-year degree or certification
- Experience working with at-risk youth preferred
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must be flexible, resourceful, enthusiastic, and energetic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- Bilingual preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
