Eastern Nephrology is the region’s largest, private medical practice specializing in diseases and disorders of the kidney. Our continued growth and need are a direct result of providing excellent care and service to our patients. Our practice is currently seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic group.

Position Details:

• Full time, Monday - Friday
• Provides clinical and operational support to the Advanced Practice Providers and the Team
• Takes direction and collaborates with Leadership, plans and directs the clinical activities for Advanced Practice Providers
• Oversees adherence to organization policies and state and federal rules and regulations
• Maintains clinical practice and competency
• Serves as an active participant in clinical care by participating in direct patient care and patient education

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner: MSN or DNP. Board Certification required

Physician Assistant: Successful completion of an educational program for Physician Assistants accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation. Board certification required. NC Licensure required

• Nephrology, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine experience is preferred
• 3 - 5 years of clinical APP experience required
• 3 - 5 years of progressive leadership experience preferred
• Must have exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Innovative thinker with strong team building and change management skills with the ability to mentor with other team members
• Experience with Value Based Care preferred
• COVID- Vaccination required
• Valid NC Driver’s License and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
