Join Community Services Group (CSG), a Certified B Corporation, as an Adolescent RTF Director (Program Director) for our New Mental Health (MH) Treatment Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) Program in Manheim, PA and find meaning in your work every day. Hiring immediately for this position.

CSG is offering a $1,500 Sign-On-Bonus for this position. The $1,500 will be paid at the successful completion of the 6-month evaluation period.

About the Program:

The Residential Treatment Facility program is 24/7/365 and designed for adolescents ages 14 to 18 years old whose needs cannot be met in a lower level of care or in their primary home and community settings. The program will have space and resources for eight (8) adolescents. Evaluation, assessment and evidence based programming will be offered to stabilize and improve functioning. Individual and family therapy, psychiatric monitoring, educational groups and family and community engagement opportunities will be provided as interventions in the program. Treatment is individualized and builds on adolescent and family strengths, as well as principles of recovery and resiliency and trauma-informed care. The participation of families and other identified community supports is required throughout treatment.

About the Position:

As an Adolescent RTF Director (Program Director), you will work within the Children's Programs and provides program management to the Adolescent RTF Program in compliance with regulations and contractual relationships, as well
as in alignment with CSG's mission and core values. You will be a member of the corporation's Leadership Team/Forum, operating committees as assigned as well as be a resource person for mental health/community-based services. You will also:

  • Manage program and employees in compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulatory standards.
  • Responsible for administration and management of the facility, including the safety and protection of the adolescents in the program.
  • Maintain 24/7 availability with the Assistant Program Director and Clinical Supervisor to the program staff so emergencies may be minimized and care may be constant and effective.
  • Monitor delivery of services to maintain quality of care.
  • Approve program employees' time off, schedules, and authorizes or assigns overtime.
  • Oversee incident management and follow-up.
  • Serve as a primary representative to all outside agencies.
  • Develop program budget and monitor financial growth of program.
  • Supervise location operations and oversees program policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the supervision and employment decisions during the life cycle of their team members in collaboration with Assistant Program Director, Clinical Supervisor and children's Resource Staff.
  • Oversee the partnership between the Assistant Program Director, Clinical Supervisor and Children's Resource Staff to ensure quality training, supervision, coaching, performance management, and guidance to program staff are provided.
  • Oversee the placement of adolescents in the program.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, certification, and retention of Parent Advocate.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensure preferred (LCSW, LSW, LPC).
  • Minimum of three years' relevant postgraduate clinical experience, including one year of experience or training with adolescents and adolescent mental health programs.
  • Able to work flexible hours to meet program's needs and on-call to meet Center of Excellence (COE) needs.
  • Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend training and meetings.
  • Have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
  • Able to travel to training/meetings upon request, including occasional overnight stays.
